An attractive warm colored schooling fish that is ready to adapt in a planted aquarium or as a discus companion to our Stendker fish. The Red Phantom Tetra benefits greatly from a stable environment and color enhancing food which increases the intensity of their red tones into a glowing color that stands out beautifully in any set.
The red phantom tetra is commonly confused with serpae tetra, which is a different type of tetra fish.

Discus.ae prefers younger stock for their better ability to adapt to new water parameters and higher tolerance against transport. On rare occasions you may receive larger specimens when small fish are unavailable, however the smallest should be expected unless the size is noted as “Large” or “Adult”.
